It’s been quite Autumnal for this late Prague Spring. Yesterday I left the house in the early a.m. wearing a turtleneck and wool jacket. By the afternoon, I wore a hat to combat the raindrops.
While I can’t complain too much (summer in Prague is a stinky time, as many (many) people go without deodorant), I’d like a Summer of blue skies, warm weather, picnics and beer gardens, because true Autumn comes quickly, and early.
On another note, last night when I slipped into bed at 10:05, there was still light in the sky. Not much, mind, but I’ve played a hole of golf under such conditions. The morning comes at 3:45, and dark after 10. That’s a fun Spring by any means.
