I’m on a pre-marital diet because, with all the good food we cook (home made!) — pizza, Moroccan chicken, tandori, vegetable toasts, Spanish tortilla &etc — I could lose a few kilos. Not to worry: this is not an emergency diet, but a minor adjustment: less of everything! (but still everything ….)
